With all due respect Mr. Moderator but this is an english part of the website, so it would make a perfect sence to write in english here. I don't think it would be fair on "international" part of our community to speak in a foreign language with them. Plus the fact that you are an administrator you should set an example for other users of what a proper admin should be like. Along with this kind of issue i found you writing this sort of stuff in other topics which are not allowed to be commented.
In my opinion the guide is quite poor, images don't seem to work for some reason, the skill's description is on russian and it should be on english obviously, and use of the translator has been found which makes this guide look quite poor in quality.
